I have been reading books by OSHO. I find him as an enlightened person and his books are immensly thought provoking and meaningful for the modern life. His philosophy is that enlightenment can be achieved in an instant with meditation. It is in the grasp of any human. What does Nimbarka philosophy say about enlightenment to a common man?

Dear Gurudev,
I have been initiated into the Gaudiya Sampradaya and I promised not to take intoxication such as marihuana, etc.
From the Nimbarka Sampradaya point of view what is the position.
Can you please clarify this.
What are your teachings regarding taking intoxications?
